To register a company in the country and to set up a company in the name of a natural person, the identity certificate of the person concerned must be provided, which is a passport.

U.S. passports used in China must be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in the United States.

The US passport verification time is 3 to 15 working days.

Certification process: Notarization by an American notary, certification by the Secretary of State, and certification by the Consulate General.
